This Man Spent 10 Years Alone In A Cave Making It Look Like This

Sup Travellers?! For some people, being locked away in a cave for 10 years is unbearable but for Ra Paulette it's the perfect environment for something beautiful.

Ra has spent the better part of his life making art inside of this cave, his dog his only companion. The 67-year-old came into his unusual profession after years of being a drifter. He was a college dropout, was discharged from the U.S. Navy and hitchhiked his way across America. He worked on a series of odd jobs – postal employee, security guard, janitor, and even farmer and one point.

Ra learnt the art of digging in the summer of 1985, when he worked in Dixon as an excavator. He would dig outhouses and build wells, giving him a longing to do something artistic with his hands. One thing led to another and soon, he was digging caves.

He is a cave-carver by trade, if such a trade exists. However, when patrons pulled his funding, he decided to get to work creating a cave just for himself. That is what has lead to this masterful work which you can see in the images above.

Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
