Science Says A Glass Of Red Wine May Be Equivalent To An Hour At The Gym.

Sup Travellers?! If scientists weren't labeled as geniuses I would have probably considered them some of the dumbest people on earth because some of the things that they say are just down right stupid.

According to a study on the health benefits of red wine posted on Science Daily, your body could receive the same benefits from drinking red wine as hitting the gym for an hour of sweat-inducing exercise. 

I was completely dumbfounded when I read the study but there is actually some sense to the craziness. The Latin Times reported that researchers at Canada’s University of Alberta, "…found that the magic ingredient in red wine is resveratol which is also found in nuts and grapes. This complex boosts the function of the heart, muscles and bones as much as a trip to the gym does. Scientists tested the effectiveness of resveratol on rodents and will be looking at its effect on diabetics next."

The benefits however only apply to red wine so blue wine, purple wine, or green wine won't work [LOL]. So whenever you're having a lazy day and not feeling to hit the gym just pop a bottle of red wine and reap the benefits. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
