NJ Cheerleader Who Sued Her Parents For College Tuition Is In Trouble....AGAIN!!!!

Sup Travellers?! Do you remember Rachel Canning? I wrote about her back in March and there was quite the debate about her after she sued her parents for living expenses, private high-school and college tuition, and lawyers' fees. However, she eventually moved back into her parent's home and dropped the lawsuit.

She got quiet for a while especially after receiving a generous $56,000 scholarship to study at Western New England University. But the stubborn 18-year-old is now back in the limelight after she filed for a temporary restraining order against her boyfriend - the same boyfriend that her parents warned her about before they decided to cut her off financially.

Why did she file a restraining order against the boyfriend that her parents warned her about? Good question. Well, according to USA Today, Lucas Kitzmiller, 18, allegedly tried to choke her during a fight early Sunday morning on the street.

Canning says that she fled in her vehicle — and that Kitzmiller tried to stop her — then she drove to Denville Police headquarters. She filed a domestic violence complaint against Kitzmiller and a temporary restraining order was issued by a municipal court judge based upon her allegations.

So what's the moral of the story? Parents know best --- well, most parents anyway. Let's hope that Cannings will now start to take the advice of her parents a bit more serious from now on. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
