Indian Woman Miscarries 10 Babies In One Night.

Sup Travellers?! A 28 year old Indian woman by the name of Anju Kushwaha has set a new medical record in India after miscarrying 10 babies in one night. She delivered nine of the babies on Sunday night before even arriving to the hospital. She delivered the 10th at the Sanjay Gandhi Memorial (SGM) hospital in the Rewa District.

The doctors examined the situation thoroughly and revealed that every single one of the babies were dead. The Times Of India reports that fertility drugs may have contributed to Kushwaha's conception and unusually high multiple pregnancy. The miscarriages followed ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome which is a complication from fertility medication. "It seems that that there was no regular follow-up of her pregnancy after [in vitro fertilization]," Dr. Sumitra Yadav, a senior gynecologist, told The Times Of India. "At least three offspring could have been saved by reducing the pregnancy."

Setting the record for the most miscarriages in one night is not a record that I think anyone should be proud of. She tragically lost all 10 of her babies in one night. That's an all time low. Luckily she's okay. A birth record to be proud of was set by Nadya Suleman aka Octomom who gave birth to 8 living babies in a single birth. She currently holds the Guinness World Record for most surviving children delivered in a single birth. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
