Sup Travellers?! Today was a relatively chill day for the students at the Danvers, Massachusetts, public school district. Why? Well, all the students got the opportunity to stay home today because all the classes were cancelled. However, the reason for the cancellation was far from chill. IT WAS CHILLING!!!!

Reports from the Boston Globe state that a 24-year-old Danvers High School teacher, Colleen Ritzer,  has been found dead, and a 14-year-old boy is being held without bail on a charge of murdering her. All the details are still a bit unclear at this point but the investigators seem to believe that 14 year old Philip D. Chism murdered the teacher. How did they come up with that conclusion? You ask? Well, the police first found blood in a second floor bathroom of the school. Soon after finding the blood, they found Philip walking along the side of Route 1. Then right after finding the boy police discovered Ritzer's body in the woods behind the school [Very suspicious].

Now just finding him near the scene of the crime wasn't enough to actually get him arrested. But, Philip was reported missing earlier, after failing to return home from school. So he mysteriously went missing and then was mysteriously found around the scene of the crime right before the dead body of the teacher was found. Coincidence? I don't think so. The police became suspicious of him and then ultimately arrested him. The DA's office confirmed that they believe that the the murder and Philip's mysterious disappearance are linked.

But why would a 14 year old kill a school teacher? Bad grades? Detention? Or maybe he did something wrong and he didn't want the teacher to tell his parents? All I can really do right now is speculate but what I do know for certain is that my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
