Sup Travellers?! Getting closer to God is the dream of most religious people in the world today but the level of dedication that it takes to do so is long and tedious but those who reach to the end usually feel more completed and fulfilled.

But it's very difficult to feel completed and fulfilled if your testicles are cut off. This is what Indian spiritual guru and multi-millionaire, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh asked his male followers to do to get closer to God and well --- THEY COMPLIED.

The painful procedures were carried out at a hospital owned by Singh, who is worth $40 million. He also has around 50 million followers worldwide. Singh has been dubbed the "Guru in Bling."

The men were castrated around the year 2000 but the cases are only now coming to light as Singh is accused of grievous bodily harm by India's Central Bureau of Investigation.

One lawyer for the alleged victims said the men were told "only those who get castrated will be able to meet God."

It is not the first time Singh has been in a scrape with the law. In 2002 he was charged with conspiracy following the murder of an investigative journalist. And several female followers have accused him of sexual assault, according to Metro. Singh has never been convicted.

Let me get this straight, Singh is telling men that the only way to meet God is to cut of their testicles while he's using his to sexually assault females? Seems like a legit guy, doesn't he?

It's people like Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh who gave religious leaders a bad name. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
