She Collapses After Every Single Race, But The Truth Will FLOOR You.

Sup Travellers?! If you ever find yourself making up excuses as to why you can't do something just remember Kayla Montgomery's story and her amazing determination despite all odds.

Kayla was a star soccer player who got all the praise in her middle school for her amazing skills but one day she got  injured on the field and strangely lost the feeling in both of her feet. A doctor diagnosed her with a very aggressive form of inflammatory disease Multiple Sclerosis when she was only 14.

She was crushed when she found out that she had to give up soccer but she was convinced she didn’t need to stop being an athlete altogether. She started running track, going against her doctor's orders.

She became excellent at it, running 40 miles each week despite her illness but as she began competing, she noticed that her legs would go numb about 1 mile into the race.

That’s when her coach, determined to help Kayla become a star athlete, came up with the idea that would change her life forever. During every race Kayla competes in, her coach, Patrick Cromwell, waits at the finish line to catch Kayla when her legs go numb. Her team then helps ice her legs until she regains feeling.

Today, she’s an award-winning long distance runner and a true inspiration to anyone who feels held back by life.

I love Kayla's story. I really do. She didn't let her disease park her up but instead she let it motivate her to work even harder. I think we can all take a page out of Kayla's book. Her entire story is in the video above. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
