Sup Travellers?! One Birmingham couple are the perfect match and they have the medical documents to prove it. According to the Metro Uk, 29-year-old Ben Fowles had his life saved from chronic kidney disease after his 27-year-old girlfriend Jade Crawford donated her kidney.

Strangely enough, she was the only one able to do it because because no one in his family had the right match.

The pair took to ITV’s Good Morning Britain to talk about the transplant but Ben had other plans. He took the opportunity to get down on his knees and propose to his long time girlfriend Jade on live TV.

She said "yes".

The couple, who even have two adorable little girls aged four and seven, have been together for 11 years and are most definitely the perfect match.

Ben said: "Without Jade I might have had to wait for years. I would encourage people to sign up to the transplant list."

He called his now fiancée the "most selfless person in the world", adding: "She really is an extraordinary person, I can’t explain, she’s just unbelievable, she really is."

Congrats to the lovely couple. I wish them both the best.

My name is Trinikid and you'e just been informed.
