Eric Garner's Death Ruled A Homicide By NYC Medical Examiner.

Sup Travellers?! I'm sure that most of you can remember the tragic events surrounding the death of 43-year-old Eric Garner. It was a case of police brutality that seemingly went too far but some are complaining that his death had nothing to do with the choke hold.

However, according to the NYC Medical Examiner who examined Garner's body, it was a clear homicide. The report says Garner died from "compression of neck (choke hold), compression of chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police."

Contributing conditions, according to the ME, were "acute and chronic bronchial asthma; Obesity; Hypertensive cardiovascular disease."

So basically, the police officer who choked Garner committed murder.

Before the medical report was released Police Officer Daniel Pantaleo, who put Garner in the chokehold, was been stripped of his gun and badge and placed on modified duty.

I don't know if the medical report will prompt an arrest but the punishment should be reassessed because at the end of the day murder is murder and Pantaleo needs to face the consequences of his actions. I'm just saying. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
