Sup Travellers?! A couple weeks ago, Jeremy Meeks had all the girls swooning over his mugshot which in the end made him a very popular man on the interwebs. This new found fame had the potential of making Meeks a very wealthy man and according to TMZ, it's already paying off.

The thug  criminal model has been signed by Blaze Modelz, an LA-based agency, for a $30,000 contract and he has even gotten himself a big time agent. His agent is former adult star Gina Rodriguez who also represents Octomom, Tan Mom, Farrah Abraham and V. Stiviano.

Los Angeles criminal defense attorney Darren Kavinoky says that this is a “clear sign of the impending apocalypse.”

Rodriguez said in a statement: "A lot of TV shows that want to cover [him], a lot of news shows. It’s just been crazy, the type of media attention that he’s gotten."

Besides Rodriguez, Jim Jordan, who owns White Cross Management, is also very interested in signing Meeks. It’s been “overwhelming” for the Meeks family, who is mainly focused on getting him out of jail right now.

Blaze told TMZ that Meeks could make $15,000-$30,000 per month modeling — if he gets out of jail, that is. His bail has been set at $1.1 million.

Meeks’ lawyer, Tai Bogan, said it’s important that Meeks look as “good as possible” before the jury on his court date. According to Daily Mail, Bogan argued that because his picture was posted millions of times around the Internet, “it was prejudicial against a fair trial for him to be ‘in handcuffs and prison garb’.” Bogan is employing designers to dress Meeks for his case.

Rodriguez said: "The modeling management we are working with has a stylist who was going to dress Jeremy in a Tom Ford suit."

By law, Meeks will be able to wear civilian clothes for his trial.

I'm actually not very worried about this. I want Meeks to get out of jail and pursue a career in modelling. It's always good when an unruly citizen can be turned from a life of crime and made use of in building the economy. Who agrees? Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
