Ariana Grande and Iggy Azalea Just Made Music History.

Sup Travellers?! Ariana Grande and Iggy Azalea are two women who are on fire right now. Their music has become a force to reckon with as they broke all kinds of records without even the use of a wrecking ball.

According to Billboard, Ariana Grande has earned a place in the pop music history books by becoming the first ever artist to have a No. 1 U.K. single based on combined sales and streaming with her song "Problem". This chart represents a major step towards achieving a truly modern understanding of music popularity as it features both streaming and digital sales.

But that's not the only record that was broken by Ariana Grande and Iggy Azalea. When Grande and Azalea released "Problem" on April 28th the song claimed the No. 1 spot on the iTunes chart in just 37 minutes making it one of the fastest selling singles of all time!!!

And in the midst of all the attention acquired by "Problem" Iggy Azalea quietly became the first artist since the Beatles 50 years ago to claim the top two spots on the chart simultaneously with her first two entries on it.

And to put the iceing on Ariana Grande and Iggy Azalea's pretty little cakes "Problem" became the first No. 1 on the new British charts which was only unveiled on Sunday. These new charts count 100 streams as equivalent to one download and Grande's “Problem” featuring Iggy Azalea achieved chart sales of 113,000 copies, comprising 106,000 sales and 712,000 streams.

I must admit, Grande's new song is infectious and her dancing in the video adds to the already high tally. It's amazing that just the other day Ariana Grande was that weird girl on Nickolodean and now she is one of the best pop stars in recorded history. Huge congrats to her and to Iggy Azalea. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
