Sup Travellers?! Remember eight-year old Saneie Masilela and his 61-year-old wife Helen Shabangu? The two South African natives made headlines last year after their really controversial marriage went viral on the interwebs.

It's no surprise that many people bashed the couple since their ages are 53 years apart but despite the controversy the two have managed to remain married for a whole year. And they are actually planning on renewing their vows a year after their wedding.

Last year the boy, from nearby Tshwane, tied the knot with bride Helen after claiming he had been told by his dead ancestors to wed.

But little Sanele -the youngest of five children - wouldn't rest until the couple followed through with South African traditions insisting they have the second ceremony to make their marriage official.

I like to look on both sides before forming an opinion but this is just ridiculous. How can anyone support this?

To be fair, Saneie's decision was a religious decision since he was seemingly told to wed by his dead ancestors and whatnot but his parents shouldn't have been so eager to take the boy's word for it. I mean, the parents forked out over $2500 for the wedding all because the boy said that he was told to get married to a 61-year-old woman by a dead ancestor. I think that's absurd and I blame the parents for actually following through on the boy's claim. I'm just saying. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
