Sup Travellers?! The World Cup is up and running and a Malaysian artist by the name of Red Hong Yi decided to mark the occasion by creating some really cool portraits of three of this World Cup's biggest stars: Neymar, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

However, she didn't just paint the portraits how normal people paint. No no....She took her painting to a different level. She painted the portraits by rolling a soccer ball below her feet.

“I think my painting skills are OK, but my soccer skills are questionable as you can see from the video,” wrote Hong Yi on her Facebook page of her latest masterpiece.

The 28-year-old Sabah-born artist is known for YouTube videos of her creating beautiful art pieces using everyday materials like basketballs, socks, bamboo sticks, chopsticks and food items.

Among her works are a portrait of national shuttler Datuk Lee Chong Wei which was made completely out of shuttlecocks, a likeness of Myanmar’s opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi made from 2,000 dyed carnations and most recently, a portrait of actor and martial arts master Jackie Chan made entirely out of bamboo chopsticks.

Hong Yi’s breakthrough project came in Jan 2012 when she used a basketball dipped in red paint to create a portrait of former Chinese NBA star Yao Ming.

This girl is pretty awesome. I watched some of her other videos and I must say...I'M IMPRESSED!! Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
