Boy's Big Genitals Land Him in Jail.

Sup Travellers?! In Russia, size does matter. Apparently, the size of your genitalia can determine whether you get charged as an adult or a child.

According to reports from Moscow Times and UPI, a 13 year old lad by the name of Tomas had to learn his lesson the hard way. In the report, Tomas moved to Ukraine to Moscow to live with his aunt and was soon accused of stealing a cell phone only to find out that he may get treated as an adult in court because of his large genitalia.

Tomas claims to be 13 years but a skeptical court ordered a physical exam that included a look at his private parts. Doctors then estimated his age to be 16 or 17. A judge then promptly threw him in jail.

The age of criminal responsibility in Russia is 16, although it is lowered to 14 for crimes like rape and murder.

But get this.....The boy's relatives are saying that he is in fact 13 and they even have documents to prove his age. Even though the court is reviewing the documents they seem to be still standing firm on the grounds that his genitalia is too big for a 13 year old.

Tomas is also insisting that he's innocent of the theft but that's a different story altogether. If he did in fact steal the phone then he does deserve to be punished in someway. But the controversy surrounding this story revolves around the size of Tomas's "package" and if he should either be punished as an adult or a child. But whatever the case may be, it doesn't change the fact that my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
