30 Year Old Mother Of Three Jogs Eight Miles A Day With Her Two Babies In A Stroller.

Sup Travellers?! Losing weight is a full time job and so is parenting. Therefore juggling between the two can be a pain in the ass especially when you're a mother of two trying to lose some of that excess baby weight [I assume]. But why juggle between the both when you can do like 30 year old Marcela Gracova and do them at the same time?

The Brampton mother is a keen runner according to Daily Mail and in order to get rid of her excess baby fat she runs EIGHT miles everyday. EIGHT MILES!!! EVERYDAY!!!! Marcella crept up to a size 14 after giving birth to her three children, Ivanna, eight, Isabelle, five, and Peter, two.

But when Peter was just 11 days old Marcela decided it was time to lose the baby weight and started running again.

Marcela said: "I couldn't wait to get out of the house, I was the heaviest I've ever been and I wanted to finally shift the weight. I started running when Isabella was eight months old but had to stop whilst I was pregnant again. I was craving oranges and watermelons to begin with but by the end of the pregnancy I was eating loads of junk and takeaways. I've always been an outdoors person, I don't like being stuck inside for very long and I was itching to get my running shoes back on."

"I began by running on my own, but my partner Peter, 35, works shifts and it became increasingly difficult as I couldn't leave the children alone. I didn't want to give up something I had become so passionate about so I decided to take the double buggy with Isabelle and Peter in it."

She dropped from a size 14 to a size 8 within the space of 5 years. She claims that she runs eight miles a day but that's just a claim. Eight miles a day for 5 years is a ridiculous amount of mileage but once there is a will there's a way. NEVER DOUBT A HUMAN!!!  

She also says that she hates driving and prefers to run to wherever she needs to go. "I hate driving, for both mine and my children's health it makes sense to run to wherever we need to go within reason."

So if you ever decide to run eight miles just remember that there is a 30 year old woman out there who runs that same length everyday with her children in a stroller. Just remember that, suck it up, and keep running. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
