Michael Keaton Confirms Beetlejuice 2.

Sup Travellers?! If you've never seen Beetlejuice then you have to fix that right now. I won't say that it's the best movie from the 1980's [because it's not] but it's one of those movies that everyone should have seen. I honestly can't remember one shit about the movie so I can't recall anything until I watch it over again. But unless I happen to find it on television while flicking through the channels i'm not going to watch it over again. I'll just wait for the next one, Beetlejuice 2.

Beetlejuice 2 is actually confirmed 27 years after the first one was released. Michael Keaton has revealed to MTV News that he is in fact discussing the project with Burton.

"I've e-mailed Tim a couple of times, talked to the writer a couple of times, but all really, really preliminary stuff," he explained.

The star continued: "I always said that's the one thing I'd like to do again, if I ever did anything again. But it kind of required Tim to be involved in some way or another."

Keaton added that he is confident that Burton's involvement will be confirmed in the foreseeable future.

"It looks like [Burton] is involved," Keaton said. "And without giving too much away, we've talked to each other, and e-mailed each other, and if he's in, it's going to be hard not to be in."

Winona Ryder, one of the female leads in the last Beetlejuice has also confirmed that she will be in the movie. She hasn't given much details but has said that it will not be a remake of the original.

I'm really excited to see how this new movie turns out. I think that now is the perfect time to produce the Beetlejuice sequel especially with all the advancements in technology since the first one. If the first one looked so good imagine how the second could possibly look. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
