40-Foot Sinkhole Swallows 8 Corvettes.

Sup Travellers?! Do you like Corvettes? Well so does the ground. According to reports from USA Today a 40-foot sinkhole swallowed 8 Corvettes whole without even any ketchup. The sinkhole reportedly opened up under the National Corvette Museum's Sky Dome yesterday morning.

The sinkhole opened sometime before 5:30am on Wendesday, cutting off power to the museum, by 5:39am. That set off a fire alarm, but when emergency crews arrived, they found  the sinkhole which was an astounding 40 feet wide and 25 to 30 feet deep. No one was injured in the incident.

The almost priceless last remaining 1983 model manged not to fall into the sinkhole to the relief of car lovers everywhere. But there were some other priceless models that weren't as lucky.  The museum has confirmed that the following cars dropped into the sinkhole.
  1. 1993 ZR-1 Spyder *
  2. 2009 ZR-1 Blue Devil *
  3. 1962 Black Corvette
  4. 1984 PPG Pace Car
  5. 1992 White 1 Millionth Corvette
  6. 1993 Ruby Red 40th Anniversary Corvette
  7. 2001 Mallett Hammer Z06 Corvette
  8. 2009 White 1.5 Millionth Corvette
If you know anything about Corvettes you'd know that there are very expensive vehicles. The value of those 8 Corvettes were probably enough to feed an entire neighborhood. The level of damage received by the cars has yet to be determined but 30 feet is a very far fall. For the price of those cars I think that they should be able to withstand the zombie apocalypse. I'm just saying. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
