WEIRD: This Is The World's Largest Cheesecake.

Sup Travellers?! Do you like cheesecake? If you answered yes to that question then you'd love this [If you answered no to the question then more cheesecake for me..LOL]. According to reports coming out from the ninth annual Cream Cheese Festival of Lowville, N.Y., the biggest cheesecake ever has been made. [What a cheesy title!] How big is it you ask? Well i'll tell you in the next paragraph.

The previous record for the world's largest cheesecake was 4703 pounds but there is a new chef in town who made 4703 pounds look like a pile of pigeon feathers. Pastry chef and Food Network star Duff Goldman whipped up a cheesecake that weighed as much 6900 pounds. It was 90.25 inches in diameter and nearly 31 inches deep [that's about 24,533 servings!].

As much as 10,000 people were present at the Cream Cheese Festival and each and every one of them got a piece of the record breaking cake. After they ate, there was still cake remaining and that cake was then the Lowville Food Pantry and The Watertown Salvation Army Soup Kitchen. The filling was made with Philadelphia cream cheese and sugar, with a crust of graham cracker crumbs and butter. [Now i'm in the mood for some cheesecake].

What surprised me the most is that 10,000 people showed up to the Cream cheese festival. That just goes to show you just how many people love cheesecake. I think i'm going to get my hands on the nearest cheesecake right now so i'm going to stop writing now. But as I leave I must remind you that my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
