Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar Says That She's Unfazed By The Comments About Her "Victory" Speech [VIDEO]

Sup Travellers?! If you were on Facebook lately you'd probably have already seen the famed "victory" speech video that has been circulating the web. I didn't post it on any of my pages because of how shameful it was especially since I have a lot of international readers. But despite the pure disgrace that is associated with the video, Kamla Persad-Bissessar says that she's unfazed.

It is not the first video and I suggest it won’t be the last. It has reached a point where everything I do or say is placed under full scrutiny. But I am unfazed and undaunted and I will continue to do my best in my capacity (as Prime Minister) and do my job,” Persad-Bissessar told reporters yesterday at the launch of the re-branded Highway Patrol at the Police Academy in St James. “I think it has sunk to an all time low in terms of comments of the citizens, whom I serve as prime minister, which are being posted. But I am not fazed. I have never been fazed. I will continue to do the best that I can,” Persad-Bissessar said.

It's good that she's not letting the negative comments about the video faze her but I really do hope that she recognizes how disgraceful it was for someone of her stature to act in that way especially after losing. SHE DIDN'T EVEN WIN!! She had absolutely nothing to celebrate or even be happy about when the results came out. It's like getting a F in an exam and celebrating because of it. I'm not being biased or picking sides but Keith Rowley, the leader of the PNM, didn't even conduct himself like Mrs Persad-Bissessar, and HE WON most of the corporations.

The Prime Minister seems to be very confident that she didn't lose out at the local government elections. But losing an average of 190,000 votes since last election is something to be fazed by. I think that is something to be very fazed by. I also think that all the negative comments about her victory speech is something to be fazed by as well. It means that people are losing faith in the Prime Minister. I think that the UNC is a great party but according to the words of Mickela Panday who recently expressed her disgust in the Prime Minister's conduct, "The political landscape of Trinidad and Tobago has well and truly reached a new low."According to Mickela Panday, it seems as though it's not the citizens that dropped to an all time low [I SAY NO MORE]. My name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
