Sup Travellers?! I don't really talk about sexism and stuff like gender equality a lot but I have gathered that these two concepts are really just the flip of a coin. They both are awesome on one side and not so awesome on another side. Because when you start talking about gender equality you start talking about the right of a man to hit a woman just as quickly as he'd hit a man.

All that comes into play when talking about gender equality but I'm not going to get into that right now. What I am going to get into is the list of the best countries in the world for gender equality. What are the countries? You ask? Well according to BBC, the list goes something like this. You can see the rest of the countries over at BBC:

1. Iceland

2. Finland

3. Norway

4. Sweden

5. Philippines

6. Ireland

7. New Zealand

8. Denmark

9. Switzerland

10.Nicaragua

So Iceland is the number 1 country in the world for women and it's been like that for almost five years now. The laws and statutes in the country of Iceland are all pro-equality which some might actually consider to be an awesome thing. So if you're a woman and you think that your country isn't treating you as well as you think it should, there is always Iceland. Here's a fun fact: The US came in at No. 23. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.

One Response so far.
