Sup Travellers?! Have you ever tried blind dating? It's a relatively popular thing to do especially since the dawn of social media. However is blind dating the safest thing to do? Probably not. You never know if the person you're going to meet is a generous law-abiding citizen or a murderer or a thief or a rapist or Anthony Weiner. So it's really wise to consider your safety when you're going on blind dates or you may just end up encountering some problems. Read on.

According to reports from the Mountain View Patch, Police in Mountain View, California arrested Nazario Cruz and Jose Urias, both 19, along with a female juvenile on Thursday for alleged robbery. But their style of robbery was a bit more intimate. The trio trolled the website badoo.com looking for potential dates and then robbed the unsuspecting folks when it was time to meet. The two males in the trio posed as women while the third was a real woman. When the victims would arrive at the designated meeting spot with cash in hand, police say the suspects one of whom was armed would rob them. Three robberies have been confirmed so far, but police are hoping others will come forward.

I personally never participated in blind dating so I don't really know how the process works. But from what I got on the internet, it's basically two people meeting for the first time on a date. That all sounds well and good but how can you trust someone that you never met? It is in fact very possible and the person can be generally trustworthy but you could never know really. I prefer to randomly meet someone that I never met before than to organize a date with someone that I never met before. But that's just me. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
