Sup Travellers?! What do you do on your birthday? Well for the most part it's probably something exciting and fun right? However, a 13 year old girl from Trinidad didn't have a really good 13th birthday. Well i'll assume that she didn't because on her birthday, she went missing. I just assumed that she didn't have a good birthday, I don't know.  But I do know that she went missing after leaving her Iere Village, Princes Town home last Tuesday, to go to High Street, San Fernando to purchase stationery items for school. She hasn't returned yet. Read on.

According to reports from the Trinidad Express, 13 year old Jenelle Griffith went missing on Tuesday last week on her 13th birthday. Her mother, Nicole Cyrus, searched desperately for her missing child but she failed to find her. However, there was a slight glimmer of hope when a Facebook friend of Jenelle contacted the family saying that Jenelle would have been home on Sunday. But, she didn't return on Sunday and the family's worries grew deeper. It is believed that Jenelle is somewhere in Sangre Grande.

I honestly can't tell if the girl is alive or not from the little information that I got. You can't really tell these days, you basically just have to hold on in hope that everything is alright. The family seems hopeful that Jenelle is okay, as they should be. Let's just wait and see what happens but if you happen to have any info on the whereabouts of young Jenelle you can call 327-3762, or call San Fernando Police Station. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
