CELEBS: Chris Brown Says That He's Quitting Music.

Sup Travellers?! I don't know if you know this but Chris Brown went to jail today. Yes he did. But he was in jail for like 45 minutes then released. According to TMZ he apparently turned himself in on hit-and-run charges and was released on his own recognizance after 45 minutes in the slammer. After his release he apparently had a bit of a change of heart with his life and decided to do some soul searching. Read on.

Chris Brown took to Twitter on Tuesday to tell the world that he plans to quit music after the release of "X," his upcoming LP. "X" is Chris's sixth studio album and it is out in stores on August 20th. The R&B singer said he's "tired of being famous for a mistake" he made when he was 18, referencing when he assaulted Rihanna. "Don't worry mainstream America," he tweeted. "After this X album, it'll probably my last album."

We must note the fact that Chris Brown did use the word "Probably" so it isn't a definite declaration. Lately Chris has been tweeting a lot of interesting tweets "I'm not a performer nor do I have to be," he said in one tweet. "We are all children pretending to be gods!" "

Aspire to be great and the person you wanna be," he wrote in another. "Don't conform because [your] worth is more than any money or status. We live. We die."

I think that Chris Brown is talking a load of bullsh*t. Chris Brown can't quit music. Music is who Chris Brown is. Jay Z said that he was quitting music a few years ago and look at Jay now.... topping charts and stuff. But if he really quits or if he's talking from his a*s it doesn't change the fact that my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.

  1. sounds like he's doing this for publicity and so that people pity him. Waste of time.
