Sup Travellers?! I'm sure we all dread those STDs. It's not a pretty thing to have and it drastically changes your normal way of life. Now even though some people have learnt how to deal with it some people decide to spread it to other people. However, apparently that can get you some jail time. Read on.

According to reports from Pasadena Star News, an "Adult" entertainer is being jailed for 30 days for exposing Syphilis to his co stars. Mr. Marcus, whose real name is Jesse Spencer, pleaded no contest to the misdemeanor charge of exposing another to a communicable disease. In addition to jail time, he received 15 days of community service and three years of probation.

                   -->

The case is believed to be the first of its kind, LA Deputy City Attorney Diego Edber told the Pasadena Star News. Mr. Marcus, 42, who believes he contracted the STD on set, admitted to altering his syphilis-positive test in July so that he could keep performing.

With the altered test, he filmed "scenes" with two actresses before a producer noticed that the STD form was altered and the actresses filed a police report, NBC reports. Neither of the actresses contracted the disease.

I think that if everyone who knowingly exposed a person an STD was arrested, there would be a significant decrease in population worldwide. However, I think that the reason Mr. Marcus was arrested was because of the industry that he's in. Adult Entertainment takes STDs very seriously. Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed.
