TRINIDAD: Jack Warner Has Been Sued For TT$1.2 Million

Sup Travellers?! You know that FIFA guy from Trinidad who got fired from FIFA? What's his name again? Or yes, Jack Warner, that's his name. Well on a scale from potty to toilet on how much shit he's in, he's in an overused latrine. According to reports from the Trinidad and Tobago Express, National Security Minister Jack Warner is facing a million-dollar lawsuit filed by his former personal assistant, Imamuddin Baksh.... DUN DUN DUN!!

Baksh claims that Jack Warner told him to handle the signage for 2010 FIFA Under-17 Women's World Cup, with the promise to pay with funds from the Local Organising Committee. In case you don't know, signage is like banners, flyers and public display signs mainly for commercial use. However, up to this very day, Mr. Warner has failed to keep his promise. Baksh, managing director of Graphix Advantage Ltd, said that Mr. Warner owes him a gargantuan sum of TT$1,262,413. The total cost of the invoice was TT$1,360,968 but Baksh claimed he was paid a sum of TT$98,555 by a cheque drawn on an account in the name of LOC South Africa 2010 Ltd. Baksh has filed legal action against Jack Warner and the TTFF.

Now that's not the crappiest part. The case was called before Justice Frank Seepersad in the San Fernando Supreme Court yesterday, where Warner was asked to appear for a case management hearing on Monday but Jack Warner was no where to be found. The next herring hearing is on September 25th 2013.

I don't think that the money should be much of a problem for Jack Warner to pay. And I also think that Jack Warner may not be at fault for not paying on time because he's a busy man. But the least he could have done was show up to the damn hearing. Is he deaf? Anyway, my name is Trinikid and you've just been informed
