The cricket match between the West Indies and Bangladesh was quite an intense one, and by just looking at it you  really couldn't easily have chosen the winner. Even though the West Indies opened with an impressive 527 for 4 declared, the Tigers were able to scrape up a a challenging total of 556 which had the West Indies broken all ends up. It seemed as though Chanderpaul's amazing double century, Ramdin's century and Powell's century was about to go down in vain.

However the West Indies didn't back down without a fight. Kieran Powell slapped another century up the Tigers' "WEPENGPENG" and Darren Bravo's 76 left it even more sore giving the West Indies a 245 run lead. The Tigers went in to bat quite confidently but fell short of the required runs by 77 runs (You do the math).

The Bangladeshi bowler Sohag Gazi did really well taking 6-74, but it wasn't enough to compare with the West Indies's bowlers. Tino Best took a maiden five-wicket haul with 5-24 and left-arm spinner Veerasammy Permaul finished with 3-32

Final score for the match: Match scores: West Indies 527-4 dec and 273; Bangladesh 556 and 167
